The only exception was Rabindranath Tagore (Penned the Indian National Anthem) b. The luminary to have impeccable credentials c. All fields of life should be well represented. d. All Indian Noble Laureates to be included · An eminent panel of HK Dua Editor-in-Chief, The Tribune and Professor Dipankar Gupta made the choice on the final list of 60 luminaries to be included in the special edition book.
