Hi,

One more observation:

It feels like lyrics have been stretched to fit into the tune. But
there are only in 1 or 2 instances giving you that feeling...

In "Ponmagal..." the rap-style rendition of "Muthukkal..." and the
addition of english lyrics would not go very well with everybody.

Especially the people who liked the original would feel that Rahman
has 'played with it' unnecessarily.

IMHO, there still exists those kind of people and come up with such
things always... I have heard about people disliking Rahman because of
his Vande Mataram remix (Now, what was wrong with that??).

Talking about it in a positive sense, one section of people who like
and love Rahman for all the good work he has done is the people in the
previous generation who were Ilayaraja or even MSV fans...

So when Rahman comes up with such a remix, they feel bad. This shows
their affection (yes!) but in a different way...

Whatever be the comments, just take it lightly and move on!

Thanks.
Chandra.
