To think of it, this wouldn't be the first time that ARR would be using some one else's composition in his songs. Revival in Vande Mataram was set to the original tune by Rabindranath Tagore. Alai Payuthey Kanna was by Oothukaadu Venkatasubbu Iyer and Vidukathaya in Muthu was based on Pibare Ramarasam by Sadasiva Brahmendra.
