I too accept many MDs lift songs and present it. I would like to make my point......
MDs composes a song based on some Raaga. The Raaga can have diferent flavours. and each MD can handle it differently. For Eg if you listen to Ore naal unnai naan from ilamai oonjaladugiradhu. and also Sahana from Sivaji. the starting will have same traces because both have been tuned in same Raag Sahana(i suppose, corrections appreciated). But as the song grows there is difference. A raag can have only the same swara pattern.
