In my opinion, Rahman saab only invites those singers to sing his songs whose voice he thinks would fit the song perfectly.
In which of the 5 songs would you fit Udit? I do not think Udit, Sukhwinder or hariharan had a suitable song in this album. Also please do not defame any singers here, Everyone is working to run their lives, if they start waiting till rahman saab calls them, they would starve.
