No offense to the talented Bela Shende for the Hindi version, but the moment I heard that song, I had thought to myself, "this song is fit for Sadhana alone".
(May be I am biased for Sadhana's crystal clear yet soft voice...) My "mental" prayers were heard by Rahman probably and I find Sadhana returning with a touching, soul stirring and direct-from-the-heart performance with Tamil "Mana Mohana". Sheer bliss........ I was worried earlier when for successive movies Sadhana did not appear in Rahman list. Now I am very happy...... When did Sadhana sung for Rahman last ? Was that Godfather ?
