[arr] LOTR DVD UnPlayable :( ??

Hey Guys..
The LOTR DVD isnt playing in my DVD Player.
I ordered it from CD-WOW & I am in the US.
is there any regional Encoding thats preventing playback ?
Pls. let me know how to overcome this.
It plays in the PC though..
