My friend has also ordered from your website and has received his
package. He lives in the U.S. and he says it is unplayable. I am
guessing this is because of NTSC/PAL problem. If you are mailing a
product to U.S. and if you exclusively have a website for US where the
orders were made, then isn't it your responsibility to ensure that the
format be in NTSC? It might have been a problem with just his DVD,
awaiting your confirmation regarding this. Thanks for your time.
