// Personally i was not bowled over by the music

Are you talking about the songs or the Background score?

Have you ever heard 'Kathalukku Mariyathai' background score? It's one
of the best works ever done by Raja sir. (especially the climax). I
watched that movie 10s of times just for the BGS.

Malayalam Version: (Aniyathipravu)

Tamil Version: (Watch from 28:00 to 34:18)

Of course, it's a fantastic movie from Bazil and one of the best
movies I have ever watched, but when it comes to music it is
Kadhallukku Mariyathai that rocks!

No offense meant.
