The song "KESARIYA BALMA" as per my knowlege is a folk tune of rajasthan.. it goes like "Padharo Mare Des"... Its like welcoming a guest to the MotherLand Rajsthan.. this tune is floating over the desserts of Rajasthan for hundreds of years !!! i dnt think that anyone knows about its original composer!!! its a folk song!! It has an ultimate melody!!! i remember myself being crazy of a song based on the same tune from the movie"Lamhe" in my childhood!!!it has a haunting melody!!! Nodoubts, ARR Sir too love it and while performing in Rajasthan just couldnt resist to give this Folk tune an honour to be performed at the stage!!! ARR Sir always admires the beauty of folk tunes..may it b a sufi tune like "DAMA DUM MAST KALANDAR".. thats the best part of him. am so happy to knw that ARR too loves the Folk melodies which i am a big Fan of from my childhood..
