irrespective of the fact that ARR quoted in all the interviews that he attempts to give his best to all of his songs, many people raise this issue in one way or the other..
its not about tamilian or any other -ian stuff involved here.. when u have a good script to work with, ARRs music automatically plays a great role in it. JA, sivaji, RDB, guru are wonderful examples for this. songs are made for movies. so, the movies serve as a platform for the songs. if the movie fails, then the one to be questioned is the director or script/story writer. btw, one song that i will claim as ARRs gift to music lovers for this decade is "ella pughazum"song from ATM. ARR has sung the song, which by itself is the highlight for the song. with catchy tune, thumpy orchestration, powerful lyrics addressing a better life for the mankind, this song standouts as a sure-shot winner..
