I am sure all of you'll know who AR Rahman is (atleast all the Indians,rite)... He's a world reknown music director/singer. He has not only done Tamil albums but also Hindi,English and a whole lotta others featuring different languages. He's one of my favourite music director and I simply love all of his songs!!!
His latest album in Tamil is 'Sakkarakatti', an upcoming movie starring Bhagyaraj's son (very sorry, I really can't recall his name). He has composed six songs and all of them are totally awesome. I am just gonna list a couple of my favorites from the album here, - Marudhaani - Sung by Madhushree and Rahman himself, this song is modern yet beautiful. Cuz, a lotta songs these days are modern/cool but can't be described as beautiful. This one is an exception. - Naan Eppodhu - Sung by Reena Bharadwaj, this one is more modernly classical. I am not a music graduate and I have no formal education of music, the literal music atleast. So, I just describe based on my 'feel' about the song.
