I'm not close to our boss. But ARR himself had confirmed this in a Q&A segment in a tamil daily. He said that the music will be composed by Blaze and ARR would just produce the album under KM label. Just to add one more point what I know about the other album by Keith Peters - Keith will compose all songs, ARR will just do the arrangements alone and produce the album under KM label.
