arr clearly said he will produce the album which means he will be composing. however it will be sung by blaaze. in hollywood, an album is said to be by an artist if its sung by him/her. the actual composition and arrangement might be done by someone else. however, in indian context, this is still an arr album because he is the music director and blaaze is simply a singer. hopefully i am correct and arr does compose.
