This is a news I have been waiting to hear for years. I doubt, if this version would be considered for Oscars. If considered, then the ACADEMY AWARD for the BEST ORIGINAL SONG of next year is DEFINITELY for the english version of 'Pudhu Vellai Mazhai'/'Yeh Haseen Wadiyan'/'Oru Mandasmitham'.
I hope some efforts are made to dub the Malayalam film YODHA too... so that the Worldclass 'JOHN WILLIAMish' background score too wins the Oscar!!! Well, if so, if every ARR movie from India is dubbed into English... Then there wont be anyone else winning the Oscar for the next 20 years!! Every year ARR would emerge as a TWIN OSCAR WINNER!!!
