No. If the soundtrack is remastered ( and even if select portions redone)and 
the movie is not remade then forget about oscars. It will not qualify for 
evaluation as the main film was released way back. It might be of international 
standards, but wont qualify for oscars.

The movie would have to be remade as a remake.

Please dont get angry at me !!
