hi chord,
i should tell you clearly i never included water and guru in the list
of mediocre albums of a r rahman. these two movies have superior songs no doubt
about it . the songs amazed me, surprised me and gave me a life time feeling ,
but the movies i am talking about had no effect on me at all, they didnt amazed
, surprised, and most importantly they didnt develop any beautiful feelings in
me. and i am listing those movies.

1)rang de basanti
2)jodha akbar
3)jaane tu jaaane na
4)ada
5)yuvraaj
6)ghajini
7)dilli 6

i should tell you all these movies have made A R RAHMAN really popular in the
masses atleast in Pakistan, and people really like his music now . but the man
who is in love with his music since childhood just dont like the songs in
these albums at all. they are nowhere near to the legendary songs that A R
RAHAN HAD PRODUCED over the years. they are low standard songs , can be
compared with the songs of any other music director, which i just dont want
with A RRAHMANs music. he is the greatest musician for me , i cant see him
making such mediocre songs simple as that.

regards,

taimur,
karachi,
Pakistan.
