yes Vimal, but the thing is these directors have no interest in hiring ARR to compose music for their films. they r quite happy with the music that the other music composers in Tamil field r providing. Selvaragavan is very happy with Yuvan Shankar Raja, and now G.V.Prakash is in the list as well, since he has composed Aayirathil Oruvan soundtrack and Selva's forthcoming project as well. Ameer too is happy with YSR and some other musicians.
So i think we should be thankful to these Sillunu Oru Kadhal dir Krishna and Sakarakatti's dir to let us listen to ARR's songs here and then. --- In [email protected], "vimaljk" <vima...@...> wrote: > > you are forgetting directors such as Ameer, Selvaraghavan, Sasikumar, > Pandiraj (Pasanga), etc.....the fact is that ARR should score for some of > these low-budget but high quality movies in Tamil.....rather than doing music > for movies like Sakkarakkati and Silunnu Oru Kaadhal (I love these > soundtracks but the movies that they are in are not that great..to say the > least)...there are many exciting directors in the tamil industry....to not > recognize the fact means you have not seen films such as Pasanga, > subramaniapuram,. paruthi veeran, etc. > > --- In [email protected], "jayram" <jayram_mn@> wrote: > > > > >> When asked about the Tamilian's grouse against him ... > > >> Tamilians keep complaining I've left them and gone to Hindi.
