Another item I have noticed.  After the Sync Completed message appears, close and re-open the Admin tool.  Sometimes the data in the Related Workflow does not show up until you close and re-open the Admin tool.

Did you leave the administrative tool up and running until you got the message I mentioned earlier?  If not, the sync DID NOT COMPLETE.  I did the same thing you may have done, start the sync, shutdown the adminstrative tool and then let the sync run until idle.  NO ENTRIES WERE CREATED IN THE SYNC DATABASE as they are produced by the adminstrative tool.

If you did the above, and I'm not stating you did, re-run the sync but leave the administrative tool running.  Do not use the adminstrative tool for any other function (you may start a second instance of the tool) until the Sync completed message appears.  This may take some time, and I recommend running the sync after peak usage hours.

Yes, the server is licensed (we are using it as a development server).

Did you let the sync search database run until the message that states it is complete on your screen?  It may take many hours for the sync to complete depending on the number for schemas, the amount of workflow and where and when you run the sync.  For example, it took sixteen hours for the database sync to complete on my server due to the large amount of schemas on it.

Hey dear listers,

I thought that the 'related workflow' tab in the Field properties was supposed to list all ALs/Filters/Menus etc. related to that field.

But, nothing is listed here for any field.

I have already set up a search database and also 'sync'ed it twice.

Any help?
