different version or patches of ARS loaded on
your
servers.
2.) Is the version of the
remedy users tool the same as the
ARS
version
3.) Is Save Windows
Workspace option under tools/options/General
tab
Checked.
(if this
option is turned on then it will attempt to open the last
screens even if you
are not connected to the server where they reside if
the screen definition
saved in the workspace does not match the form on
the server then you could
receive a Def format error. Or just a blank
screen.)

Workflow and forms are changing as this is a dev server
and we plan on
moving the changes to prod this coming week. I have
reviewed the most
recent changes and I didn't see anything
unusual.
We have a custom home page and sometimes it opens and
sometimes I get
the ARERR 1651. It's been a month since the home page
and it's related
workflow has been updated. This problem started about
4 days ago.
