We have published Remedy 6.0.1 web services that are consumed by
WebMethods. Corresponding WebMethods services are consumed by other
applications to create, update and search records in the Remedy
database.

WebMethods was used because it is supposed to present a consistent
architecture that can be utilized across the enterprise, allows us to
control the rate at which traffic is sent to the ARS server and ,of
course, is our corporate standard.

Subject: Integrating Remedy 6 with WebMethods

Hello,

I wondered if anyone out there has ever integrated Remedy version 6.X
with
WebMethods? I'm contracting at a well known Telco who are looking to do
this and wondered what the best way to do this would be?

Many thanks
