Or you may wish to try out our XML Gateway. You can integrate with webmethods using a number of mechanisms, and the Remedy Webservices aren't awfully reliable (just search arslist). And aside from that, the XML Gateway provides a JMS integration hub that's a far nicer way of integrating systems.
And of course, in the interests of fairness, you could write a nice API program too. Or perhaps use some perl.
