--------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- JOB DESCRIPTION As an integral part of a growing company, the Remedy systems consultant will be responsible for: The design, configuration, and implementation of all BMC Remedy ITSM products at client sites. Assistance in new business development by delivering presentations for sales, and customers. Consulting and process and work flow design in the service management field --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- REQUIREMENTS A Bachelors degree in a computer related field. Excellent working knowledge of Remedy OTB products and custom development based on the ARS Platform. Understanding of network or desktop tools such as Marimba or LANDesk. 5+ years of experience. Remedy RAC certification desirable. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- The qualified candidate's past experiences should demonstrate the following: Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and oral and written communications skills Analytical thinker. Highly motivated. Ability to multi-task and consistently meet key deadlines. Ability to work independently and provide quality output with minimal supervision/direction.
