My guess is some issue with the Sample data, or with the Filter that
copies the new HD ticket to the SHR:ConsolidatedList form (the source of
the console tables).  

You could try just going into SHR:ConsolidatedList and adding that value
yourself, after checking the Filter.  If it's a bigger issue than just
that one thing, I would try re-installing, or you could be chasing
problems for a while.
