Hi Dave,
 
We're reinstalling the application.
 
My supervisor wasn't to keen on the look and feel of it when he first saw the application (we are currently using a customized HD application from version 4 as well) We have a "demo" session with some other managers next Tuesday so I'll see if there is some "resistance" on the look and feel as well.
 
My personal feeling on it is that it's better than what we have....period. So I'm satisfied.

Does the logging show anything useful?
 
We're on what is slowly becoming a less vanilla HPD 6 (I'm only making minor changes due to our test results), but from what we've seen (going from v4), there has been a lot of "resistance" to the look and feel - what are your feelings on the look of the apps?
