Why are you still using User 5.1 against Server 6.3?  It costs nothing
to upgrade the clients, and it might solve some issues, including this
one.

Hi all, 

I have a form with an attachment pool. Every entry of the form contains
an attached file and all attachments have the same name.
When I open the attachment in the first entry I can see the file
correctly but when I do that with the second one, I see the same file
that in the first one.

The Windows temp folder contains the copy of the opened file for first
time (with the original name). However, when I open the associated file
included with the second entry, previous file has not been renamed and
new file has not been created.

I'm working with in a Windows XP Proffesional machine, with Remedy User
5.1 patch 1166 and AR Server 6.3.

Could you help me, please?
