** Hi,   Yes, I used Migrator.   When I tried to reconcile the users on Dev, it says I have no write license. I did a search to find any users in the User form on Dev with "write" licenses, however the message says "no matching requests."  On an unqualified open search, it says "no matching requests."   I tried to issue a new user, and it says you have no write licenses available.     __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___
