Zandi, I think that all depends on what the plugin is doing.
If the ARS server reaches out to the plugin server and gets an answer without the plugin sever needin to login to the ARS server then all should be ok. However, if the Plugin being called need to get config data or other things from ARS then I think the ARS server needs to be multi threaded for it to work properly. I _think_ the OOB plugins actually do not login to ARS to get their config info. I _think_ they get their config stuff from files on the file system. I am guessing this is a new install. So I think the issue if more likely a configuration problem. Check the arerror.log and maybe even turn on plugin logging to see if you can figure out if the plugin server is started and being called. Assuming the call is made.. but no answer is received... try to verify that the hostname "tserver3" can be resolved by DNS on that server. (maybe a simple hosts file entry could fix it up?) Also verify that your not running into some firewall issues on the local box too.
