I think that an LDAP Error 91 is that the LDAP server rejected your authentication attempt. Did you verify your user login? Also, did you get the certificate file as per the directions and test it before using it with your LDAPS connection?

Hello List,
I am trying to configure LDAP Plug-in (MS Active Directory) over SSL (http://www.remedy.com/customers/dht/archive/11-01-2005_A.htm).
While creating vendor form I am getting the following error:
"Cannot connect to the directory service: Can't connect to the LDAP server (LDAPERR 91) (ARERR 3375)."
I do not understand what LDAP error code 91 means.
