You don't want to do this unless you are intentionally trying to
bypass the api layer.  It leaves trailing history and (possibly)
attachment data behind; while this does not present an issue
operationally, may present issues later down the road.

Of course, you've got to be darned careful on the criteria.  I'm nowhere
near our servers at the moment, but I think the form would be SHR_Person?
