I'm having a total nitemare with the user tool (v5.1.1, 6.3, patch 15 or 16) - I'm trying to export helpdesk ticket data, and it fails at 15,001 records, thought I'd try the v7 user tool. This is all for our migration from
5.1.1 to 6.3, I'm trying to get a decent sample set of data onto our test server.
I can't do a 180+ meg download at work, it would have been nice to try it here this afternoon. I'll download it later on at home.
And of course, it would be nice to start to get a feel for v7.
