Dan, Another question with no answer -- HP recently purchased Peregrine and now supports both Service Center and OpenView. Will one product win out over the other? Which one? If a client buys Openview and then HP goes to ServiceCenter, only -- will HP provide seamless integration to the new product?
Just wondering.

Another comparison question:
Does HP OV have a discussion list like this where you could ask these
questions before you buy the product,
and get the kind of detailed answers you get here afterwards from an
independant group (in other words we don't have to stick
to any party line)?
... Daniel
p.s. sorry, I can't actually answer your question

Thanks all for the info.
Short question - is it possible to create requests in HP OV, without
having a license ?
...like for example building a incident submit portal for end users.
So they can submit requests without license, like in Remedy, and get
access to their entries ?
Thanks, Robert
