The ARX format is basically a specialized .csv file that uses spaces for
separators. There are 4 rows at the top that define the file and then
each line of input begins with DATA

Subject: ARX FORMAT

Good Morning:

I have 50,000+ records backed up in arx format, I need to bring one
record back.

Does anyone know if I can isolate the one record I need.
I can find it by searching in notepad for unique info but I have not
been able to figure out where the record begins and end.

Is arx format an all or nothing backup.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
