I would try ORDER BY C3 DESC.  That should sort them newest to oldest.  Put this between the WHERE and HAVING parts.  It might work.

Sorry to piggyback but when you set the Limit Number of Items Returned in the AR System User Preference form that is from oldest to newest.  Can that be switched to newest to oldest for just that one user. It sounds from this email you can't unless you do this with some direct SQL. Do I have this right?
