We never localised the applications, but the BIG driver for any upgrade here is support.
Even if the applications are working, perfectly well, but they are officially not supported (we are on 5.1.1), that is the reason to upgrade. We have a corporate paranoia about running unsupported products, even though we have the expertise in house to fix
99.9% of problems with the app, and the server has been working perfectly for about, ooh, 6 years.
v7 will be happening here quite soon. Both server *and* ITSM upgrades.
