According to Google
ORA-00936: missing _expression_
Cause: A required part of a clause or _expression_ has been omitted. For example, a SELECT statement may have been entered without a list of columns or expressions or with an incomplete _expression_. This message is also issued in cases where a reserved word is misused, as in SELECT TABLE.
Action: Check the statement syntax and specify the missing component.

Good Evening,
Has anyone else had a problem with the Schema Sort Order post installation
task for ITSM 7.0? I'm seeing the following error when I try to follow the
steps in the Installation Guide:
ARERR [552] Failure during SQL operation to the database : ORA-00936
I've been waiting for a resolution from Remedy Tech Support but thought I'd
check with the list as well. If you've run into this problem and have a
fix you could share, that would be great.
