Please could you indicate if there is anyway to give Crystal a parameter when you open the report via remedy
I know there is the item Create Parameter but only can be used If you execute the report with Crystal
I mean I wanna get for example all the tickets open by "a" (take this as an example. I know I can QRY this with QRY tool Remedy)
but this filter I wanted to be done over the Crystal report embedded in Remedy
