What is the dot release of 10gR2?  You might want to look at MetaLink for this error too.  Looks like Oracle is cancelling the request.  Also, what version of Remedy ARS are you on?  Lastly, what are the Oracle and Remedy Operating Systems?

Hi guys.  We have recently upgraded to Oracle 10Gr2 and what a nightmare that's been!!!  We should have stayed on 8!!!

Anyway, we're occasionally getting these errors when opening forms.  *** ERROR ***  ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation.  Here is a snippet from our SQL log file that captures the error.
