I can't believe I forgot to put that info in there... I'm on ARS 5.1.2 and AIX 5.2
We have a ticket opened in metalink, we haven't heard back yet. My DBA's are saying it's a hard one to diagnose. It could be a timeout. What I find odd is that it is happening on the opening of the forms, while it's returning the workflow. We haven't had any problems with queries and such returning values.
