** Allow me to describe how far I go and what I've got in hands.

platform information:

ARS version: 6.0.3
DB:  MS SQL 2000 /w SP4
OS:  Windows 2000 /w SP4
Install product:  ITSM Helpdesk 6.0

I manage to create a notify method No.4 and see the message delivered to
a file called "notify4.arn"  under <AR Server>\db\ directory.
anyone know What kind of program or tool I can use to monitor this file or
fetch necessary information for SMS delivery.
