Hey Mudit: I’ve done a similar integration for
another client; we used a Jabber IM platform though. I found that the hardest
part to manage was building an effective interface for the customer to use
through the web (as we didn’t want them to use an IM client of their own,
we wanted more of a captive interface) and setting up effective chat load balancing
