- I am well aware of the problem you are talking about... It is a bug.

I am guessing all the fields in your vendor form have an Input Length: of 0
and a QBE Match: of anywhere except Request ID, which is set to 15. Now, if
you change the Input Length to anything greater then 0 and save the form
Remedy sets it back to 0 (bug). In order to change the Input Length from 0
you need to change the QBE Match: to Equal and then change the Input Length
and save the form. Now if you check the Form Properties - Results List
Fields the field is visible.

The reason they did not show up is because an Input Length of 0 is a CLOB at
the database level (diary field) and Remedy prevents adding diary fields in
Result Lists and Table fields. 

What we have here is a failure to communicate (Cool Hand Luke) between the
Remedy engineers and who ever developed the ARDBC Plug-in:-)
