It could have been changed if you did an upgrade - "Change" is the default setting, and it wouldn't be the first time Remedy install scripts reset settings to the default one. Rick ________________________________

Today though none of my users who only submit tickets can update any field that in the past the could write to I consistently am getting a no cannot write to error because of the license type.
