It could have been changed if you did an upgrade - "Change" is the default
setting, and it wouldn't be the first time Remedy install scripts reset
settings to the default one.

        Baytops:

Check the Submitter mode. It should be locked.

        Hello Listers,
Recently I noticed that some of my users who only submit
tickets to Help Desk support members could no longer make changes or edits to
tickets that were submitted by them. Today though none of my users who only
submit tickets can update any field that in the past the could write to I
consistently am getting a no cannot write to error because of the license type.

All the fields have the submitter w/change rights still
enabled as well. No changes have been made from me since I started to notice
this but now I am wondering what is going on.

        Thanks in advance
