Rick:
Which version of Change ID are you using? If you are on a 5.1.2 server, you should be using the 5.1 version, not the 6.3 version (it has code specific to the ARS 6.x system.)

Wasn't originally trying to change to nextid, my testing just happened to settle on that number. But anyway, I tried setting to 536871000, and still got a failure.
