I
don't know if this is specifically what you are looking to do, but if you have
an attachment field with an image in it, you can perform a Set Fields action in
an Active Link to set the View Field. I'm not sure if that's the best way
for what you are doing but it is always an option. If you are just trying
to make a popup that is for a loading screen, you could even just build an html
page on some web server then load the whole thing in the popup of the View
Field.
