Title: Fields not appearing in notification

Are they display only fields by any chance?
 
Either that or their values are getting cleared at the end of the transaction, and notifications being third stage action, NULL values are being sent at the time the Notification phase filter actions are being processed..

Hey Listers ~ hope I'm just tired and overlooking something easy here.  Basically, I've added a couple of fields to a form and I want them output in a notification but they are not.  I've verified that the field permissions are accurate and I've run logs to verify that the fields are being populated and that the execution order is accurate yet these field values are showing up blank in my notifications.  Other fields included in the notification are fine.  Any idea what would cause this?
