We looked at Aeroprise, Dexterra and others for use here at UNL, but found the cost to be very high for a limited number (5) of users. The costs for most of what we found for hardware, software, implementation, training, etc was in the $20,000 range. For that cost, you could purchase laptops with wireless cards and get Remedy via the web for cheaper. True, the laptops wouldn't fit in your pocket, but if what you really want is access to enter, modify, or delete tickets, it is quicker and cheaper. I'm still trying to get help with getting Remedy to work on the one test pocket pc device we have.
