Try contacting Aeroprise. They make a wonder client that fits between
WAPI enabled phones, PDAs, Blackberries, etc.
It allows the end-user a means to customize alerts, replies and screen
forms. It's a very versatile tool. We have been using it in a batch mode
(non wireless) to process inventory actions. We have PDAs with integral
barcode scanners. 

I assume you are trying to use the Midtier on the Pocket PC. I don't
know if the pocket PC version of internet exploder is compatible with
Midtier.
