Herb and Ivan:
I've been watching this from the sidelines and have to
agree with Susan Palmer and Herb who
is the President of a well-respected Remedy Partner
company.
Like it or not, we are all watched while we are at work.
Some of us have micro-managers
and some have managers that are more guidence
oriented. I work for the latter, but I will
never attempt to deliberately access a 'no-go' web site at
my workplace. That is why I have
had, for a long time, a personal account. Thus I can
go anywhere that I want OUTSIDE of
work and reserve work accounts for work
activity.
Yes, I have found on occassion, the Friday Humor offensive,
but I sent PRIVATE e-mail to the
individual and let it go, as we should with Ivan's
indiscression on this incident.
And Dan is the one who determines if the message and its
contents are offensive/inappropriate
and in this case, he did.
I think this should end this
discussion.
