When people try to login remotely to my test server via Mid-Tier 7, they get ARERR [9388]
That error is not even in the Remedy 7 Error Doc. Also, they frequently get the following Tomcat/Java error: type Exception report message description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request. exception javax.servlet.ServletException: Servlet execution threw an exception root cause java.lang.OutOfMemoryError note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/5.0.28 logs. ----------------- Windows 2003 SP1 Oracle 10g ARS 7 ITSM 7.0 Mid-Tier 7.0 Java SDK 1.4.2_11 Tomcat 5.0.28 Has anyone seen this before ?
